Important Help for logging in the first time

If you connect to the internet via AOL, please minimize the AOL browser, and use the Internet Explorer browser (I.E. default browser instruction) or the Netscape browser. Mac/Apple users -Please contact the Registry for special instructions. Mac users may not be able to view documents.  Clic OK, if you see a digital error message.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!

You may find the Help Guide extremely useful in managing and searching the indexes(pdf file).

After reviewing the following, click on the enter link above.

You may see some download of small Applet, please be sure to check the
“Always trust content from Ericom Software” box at the bottom of the screen when you see this message.  You may also get a Digital Error Message, please click OK to continue.  You may also be prompted to click the Yellow Warning bar to continue the download.

Note: Please be patient on your first try, it can be up to 15 minutes before the login process completes. (If nothing happens, try the refresh button and couple of clicks. If nothing still happens, we have found that downloading Java (first) and rebooting usually helps.

Guests will be be logged in directly to the indexes.

Members:

You will then see the (usually blue screen) H50 login:
Use your TitleView login ID and password

(Please note put on CAP lock! Note also! the CURSOR will NOT move when you type your password))

Your account is activated via accepting the Service Agreement, when you applied

OR after we receive the signed service agreement, if one was sent to you.

Known fixes-known troubles:

You only get a white screen. Please go to the Sun Micro site for the Java Download. The Download link is in plain view on this page.

You get a tan screen with ActiveX wallpaper, please refresh the page, as we have recently updated Ericom.  You should see a Gray and Blue Ericom screen. Please check for “Pop-up Blocker” on the Tools menu of ie (internet explorer). Also check the security settings for internet explorer, they should be “Enable” or “Prompt” - make changes, close internet explorer and try again. Still no luck? Try the Java update.

You get message that the server is shut down, this is a security block on your side, ask the network administrator to open port 4000 for these two IP’s 151.203.99.50 and 151.203.99.51

Quick Time is known to interfere with downloading our images, we recommend that you uninstall QuickTime in order to get a download dialogue. box.
