Welcome to TitleView Services

The Registry of Deeds offers free off-site access to Registry information called TitleView. First Time Users - Guests and Members PLEASE!!! read important help with this link.  The information presently available includes grantor indexes from 1970 and grantee indexes from 1955 to the most recent instrument recorded in Plymouth, Brockton and Rockland. Also available is access to the indexes for Land Court, Plans, and Tax Liens.

You must have an account to Print our documents.  Please Click on the Service Agreement, which will then take you to an Application Form.  You will receive your login information in the US Mail in a few days. Please note we only provide the login information via the mail.  We will not give you the login over the phone, via e-mail, or fax.
 

Our Information Systems Department will mail a service agreement to applicants along with instructions for using TitleView, setup parameters, login name and password. When the service agreement is returned, the account will be activated. To apply for an account via the web, please use the apply link below. You will be asked to accept the terms of Service, you will then receive just the login information in the mail (and not the set up information).
