Helpful steps for connecting using VISTA
You will get a message to notice the Information Bar, click the Information Bar to Install the ActiveX control.
The Message is “Website wants to install add-on”
                           “PTDownloader.exe”
Click install ActiveX control
Windows needs permission, please allow
Click Continue
Windows will display a Security Warning
Click Install
Click ALLOW
Click login
A Firewall Message Appears, Click Unblock
We will then pass the necessary logins to the guest account.
After your first login, you will bypass the security warnings and will be logged in automatically.
