Directions to the Brockton Satellite Office
The Brockton Satellite Office is located on the second floor of the former Brockton District Court Building at 155 West Elm Street in downtown Brockton.
From Route 24, take Exit 17A, which is Route 123 East. Proceed on Route 123 East (Belmont Street) to Newbury Street. Turn left on Newbury Street, then right on West Elm Street. The Registry of Deeds is a short distance on the left.
From the Plymouth area, take Routes 27 and 14 into the downtown area. After going under the railroad bridge on Route 27, proceed straight through to Main Street, then across Main Street. At the end of the street, turn left, change to right hand lane. Turn right at the next intersection, this is West Elm Street. The Registry of Deeds is a short distance on the right.
Parking lots are available on both sides of the building. The entrance is now on the easterly side of the building and is handicap accessible. The Brockton office can only record unregistered land. All registered land (Land Court) recordings are handled only at the Plymouth office.
