Begin Electronic Recording Now!
Several hundred entities have signed on with an electronic recording (e-recording) vendor to record unregistered (recorded land) documents with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds. However, electronic recording has not yet been extended to Land Court filings.
What began as a pilot project in December of 2007 has turned into an efficient, environmentally friendly option for many parties. Currently, 6-7% of our recorded land documents are e-recordings.
